“I have used The Pi Hut a number of times now, either through work or for personal projects. Every time has been a consistently seamless experience. I can’t fault the service. I have not had any experience of returns or any issues requiring customer service so cannot comment on that.”

“Good as always but postage costs on small items is just too much and a disincentave to buying items that I would prefer to have from you but have zero postage from other sellers,I accept the slightly higher cost of some things because of guarenteed compatability but if that is coupled with high postage it becomes difficult to justify.Please look closely at postage because I really do want to buy all Raspberry products from you but cost has to be taken into account !”

“I got the "in stock" notification for the Raspberry Pi 500+ 3 days before Christmas, I was wanting it as a Christmas gift for my father. So I quickly ordered it in the hope it would arrive before the 25th... it did! The speed of shipping by The Pi Hut, even at this challenging time of year, is exceptional. Not only did their "in stock" notification work well, they literally delivered a great service. BTW, the Raspberry Pi 500+ is an amazing device, I have every Pi, from the first to the latest, and this is by a long way the most powerful and beautifully usable out of the box, with the easiest setup ever. The Pi Hut and 500+ are thoroughly recommended.”

“Excellent service! What could have been a disasterously last-minute Christmas present request, turned into one of the less stressful delivery experiences at this busy time of year. Communication was first- class and it was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Fantastic! My son delighted with his raspberry pi - I'm still not sure what it is exactly (I'm far too old and computer illiterate), but he was absolutely delighted. If he is happy, then so am I! I'd definitely shop with you again.”
