“I ordered two items from the Pi-Hut a week ago and initialy I was pleased with the communications informing me my order was in the hands of the carrier Evri. But, after a flurry of automated e-mails from Evri the carrier now informs me my parcel has been "delayed" but with no reason given! Delay's happen but I find it insulting that Pi-Hut then sent me an e-mail thanking me for my purchase and requesting a review without first checking or asking if I had received the items. Again, I suspect the e-mail from Pi-Hut is an automated response but far from being reassured I find myself very disapointed with the service I have experienced. While it seems the carrier is mostly to blame for the delay it is still Pi-Hut's resposibility for choosing that carrier. The delay has now exceeded what I would consider normal for a UK purchase. By contrsdt, another item I ordered about an hour after the Pi-Hut purchase (but from a different vendor) arrived three days ago by regular Post-Office parcel post.”

“Although the product arrived perfectly just shopping here was a hassle (I’m registered disabled). You see, they make you put a phone number - i don’t have a phone (not even a landline), i cannot have phone as they trigger psychosis, a protected characteristic under UK law, but the PI hut? meh, they don’t seem to know are care -. So i had to arrange for my carer to visit then ask if it was okay for them to use their phone to help me (think on that), because, by this time I was in tears (they let me do my shopping list, took all day, then bam! Block me at the end, my excitement smashed into torment). My carer helped out (using their own private number) whereas company like Pi hut would not. This is my experience. I don’t think I will be shopping here again – not good people, not very inclusive.”
