“Great experience and fast delivery. My only feedback would be that the product page for the case I purchased wasn't as clear as it might have been regarding wither or not it included the HAT, or whether it was just compatible. Worked it out in the end though. :)”

“My delay in responding was due to my inability to find the battery compartment. My initial examination din't reveal a cover anywhere. After a while it occurred to me that the blue cover was removable. Once I managed to remove this I was able to fit the battery. All this took a while. I had hesitated to complete a a review because I didn't wish my annoyance or incompetence to be revealed. I have always had excellent servis from the Pi-Hut over the years but my forays into modern electronics are rare. Having been brought up on Everyday and Practiacal Electronics I hankered after an Avometer (no battery necessary). It'll be a fluke if I hang around long enough to acquire a better multimeter. So thanks for your service. All excellent. No customer service required.”

“Shopping was very easy, and the goods arrived very promptly. The only thing I wish it were possible to do is amend an order. As soon as I'd placed it I realised there was something I'd forgotten, and could have added to the order within five minutes. I'd be surprised if this would have made much difference to the picking process. As it was I decided not to bother ordereing it as the postage for another order would not have made it worthwhile.”

“I ordered EU power supply instead of UK by mistake. When order the confirmation email was received I realized my mistake and I immediately I replied to email asking to change order and sent off a support ticket. Also I tried to find the PiHut phone number only to find they did not have a phone number. All my efforts did not have any effects and I received two EU power supplys. I have ordered many Raspberry Pi products over the years and I have been very satisfied with this company. This last order has left me very disappointed.”

“Hi, thought I’d give programming a pi pick a try, over the years my health restricted what I can do and as all I need is my MacBook this seems a good alternative to my kindle e-reader. In my working life I was a computer service engineer and worked things like Lords Bridge radio telescope, Culham labs fusion Taurus and designed computers systems and network for a factory making nuclear fuel for uk power stations. Computers that did that would now fit in the palm of your hand, let’s see if my 80 year old brain is still up for it. Bring back 8k magnetic core memory and assembly language for DEC 11/40 or basic for Elliot 803 diode logic computers of the 60’s”

“Used Pi hut on several occasions to buy parts for my ESP32 projects. Items have always been good quality and have functioned as specified. Postage times were good, shame Post Office 24hrs service was 48hrs., but not PI Huts fault.”
