“Overall good experience. In general, ThePiHut has the parts I need at competitive prices, and the online order process is easy. I did once have a bad experience when I bought some parts; I forget what, but nothing very high value (perhaps a couple USB adapters), and they were lost in transit / delivered to the wrong premises. However, this was entirely the fault of the courier (Evri), and after I explained, ThePiHut promptly sent out a replacement shipment. On my latest order, I selected Royal Mail 1st Class, and my parts arrived exactly on time. Top job.”

“I had an excellent experience purchasing my Raspberry Pi through The Pi Hut. The ordering process was straightforward, and I really appreciated the way they highlighted the additional items that might be needed for a successful setup. These weren't unnecessary upsells; they were genuinely useful recommendations. For example, I was prompted to buy the correct camera cable adapter, which saved me from discovering I was missing an essential part after everything had arrived. Delivery was exceptionally quick. DHL provided excellent communication throughout, with accurate tracking, and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing, and every component worked straight out of the box. Although I haven't had to use customer support, the overall experience gives me confidence that, if anything did go wrong, arranging a replacement would be straightforward. Overall, the prices seem fair, the service is excellent, and the whole buying experience inspires confidence. I'll definitely be purchasing from The Pi Hut again. Thank you!”

“The product itself is great but your shipping is a nightmare experience. You don't ship to Poland so we had to bother someone to go and order it in the UK, then fly to bring it. You contribute to unnecessary, greater CO2 emissions! Also, you don't ship to a locker so the product was left on a pavement and anyone could have taken it during a few hours.”

“I ordered a Raspberry Pi 400 on Sunday evening, it was delivered on Tuesday. Well packaged and works perfectly. I quite fancied the branded mouse and power supply, so I ordered them on Thursday and they were delivered on Friday. Great service and well priced.”
