“Hi, I ordered the Arduino starter kit recently, and I'm very happy with it, I am working through it with my son (12), and it is a great introduction into electronics and coding, and how the two can interact, the kit is good quality, and most importantly is the book that accompanies the kit is well written and full of clear instructions, with handy expainations of things like resistor colour codes, ohms law, and step by step coding instructions, so we are able to work through the projects well, and have the solutions to any problems on hand! Very pleased with the kit, thanks.”

“This was my first experience with Raspberry Pi: I was looking for something simple to act as a media server on my home network. I bought a 4GB kit with a case, power supply and an HDMI lead. The pricing was extremely competitive, and although the delivery estimate was two days the kit actually arrived next day, well packaged and all as promised. Putting everything together took some working out as it isn't quite as simple as you'd think, but after a short period of Googling / ChatGPT I got everything up and running. The system works very well, and it seems that the spec. I ordered is perfect for its intended use. Now that it's working I'm very happy. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons: 1) as a complete novice I struggled to work out how much RAM I needed, and I think that some basic guidelines on the site would have been very helpful. 2) there were no instructions with the kit when it arrived, and again being a novice I wasn't sure what I even needed to search for in order to get help! That said, ChatGPT was excellent, and now that I have a better idea what I'm doing I'd definitely buy from The Pi Hut again.”

“Spent 200.00 and it was faulty so sent back for a refund..hopefully will be processed quickly..I have re ordered..so lets see. Unfortunately I had the weekend in between so that delayed a response. Customer services was satisfactory”

“Great first experience on PiHut's website. The site is clean, it was easy to find what I was looking for, ordering was straightforward and delivery was truly next day! My order was clear and the invoices were immediately-available, complete and unambiguous. Full marks to PiHut! Not only that, but I mis-ordered one item and PiHut made it easy to return with their no-quibble return policy. I can find nothing to criticise.”
