“I've used the PiHut multiple times over last few years but two of my latest orders have been messed up in the same way that makes me wonder if there isn't something systemically wrong at the company. I have ordered, paid and items have dispatched but on arrival I find that one or more items I've ordered has been 'replaced' with something different. So I have to raise a return and promptly send the incorrect item back (at PiHuts expense) but on receipt of the return I get a polite but useless message that the item I ordered is no longer in stock and a refund has automatically been sent. I didn't want a refund I wanted what I ordered so now I don't have everything I needed to complete my project and I have to pay for delivery again. Once could be forgiven as a genuine mistake (items were very similar) but the latest balls up just feels more deliberate misleading of the customer. Caveat emptor”

“My RPi500 desktop kit and portable monitor arrived really quickly and were perfectly packaged. I've now got them running as a semi-portable Amiga 1200 running Workbench 3.1 with Amiberry - soon to be an A4000 running Workbench 3.2 :) If I was being critical I'd suggest the charging cable on the power adaptor is FAR too short - it should be more like the length of the one that comes with a Steam Deck. Otherwise, perfection!”
