“Although the order processing is fantastic, I’m just disappointed that the device (Adafruit Metro) didn’t connect seamlessly to my pc. I know it’s anArduino product but I was hoping it would be a more straightforward task😞”

“The PiHut website is a gem and easy to navigate. Service is good and shipping is quick. One suggestion: it wold be nice if items such as equipment cases and displayed space-taking dimensions. It is very easy to order items that won't fit inside a case or won't fit together.”

“Very quick shopping, good stock, quick support, and the best of all - option to choose Royal Mail instead of Evri for shipping! Shipping is not free but it's very reasonable and fast, and with the items priced competitively it's often still cheaper than other websites with free shipping. My go-to shop when I need the parts quickly and reliably. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“The Adafruit LTC4316 I2C Address Translator was cheaper than I had found in other stores. It was very helpful to have the tech info needed to get up and runnung with the LTC4316, delivery was also speedy! Many thanks!”

“No problems at all with the Pi Hut directly, however the parcel delivery provided by Evri was beyond poor - my Pi was left out in the open not out of view, and not under cover on a rainy day - when I did get the parcel it was sopping wet through, and it was pure luck that the Pi itself was not damaged by the rain. I'd recommend not selecting Evri as the delivery option to buyers, and to Pi Hut I'd suggest removing Evri as a delivery option to avoid the many future issues that will happen as a result of their couriers being forced to achieve unworkable delivery targets.”

“Nice easy to use website and fast delivery (less than 48 hours from clicking "buy". I would appreciate an option to send by normal UK post though, as for items costing e.g. less than £5, charging for Evri delivery feels excessive and puts the overal cost up higher.”

“I'm used to giving 5 star reviews, but not this time due to delivery problems associated with the switch of default from the Royal Mail to EVri. Although the order was dispached on time EVri hung on to it, so it was never going to be next day. On the second day I got three emails from EVri giving me different drivers and delivery slots and then a final email to say "Sorry" but it won't be delivered today, BUT IT WAS delivered by a different driver within the time slot. I raised a support ticket which has not been answered regarding this change and appalling EVri service and have had no feedback - this is the 2nd ticket that has not been responded to. Considering the amount I have spent over the years, I am very disappointed.”

“Ordered my first Pi was exactly what I wanted I found the site easy and also exciting there's so much to explore and the build possibilities are huge! I'm only building a radius server so only bought the equipment I needed but I'm seriously thinking of building a 7" touch pod for my bedside in housing on the site that looks stunning. Delivery was really fast and I was kept informed every step I'd highly recommend pi hut as The place to buy pi”
