“Ordered my first esp home device to set up as a bluetooth proxy with home assistant from The PiHut, and received it the following day. Great communication, packed securely and exactly as described. “As a whole it was fine. I originally wanted to cancel my order and requested a refund but was told I was unable to and now that I've received them, I'm going to keep them (mostly because sneding them back will cost money and I don't want to spend it). However, upon looking at the items, I think the price is probably a little steep but I understand because it's a seasonal item and it will be fun to do during the countdown to Christmas. Overall, customer service and delivery were fine. Delivery was left outside on Halloween night though, so this could've been a very different review.”

“Had an issue where I ordered an item with others but it wasn't in stock. Asked customer service if buying a supplementary item would mean I could split the order and get the others first. They kindly split for me, despite it being my fault, without any additional cost to myself, and I received all items in timely fashion. 5/5”

“I recently bought two Advent calendars — 12 Projects with Raspberry and Let It Glow. The kits are fantastic, with excellent documentation that makes it easy to follow along. The only problem is that I can’t wait and end up opening several days’ projects at once! Now I am thinking to order another one or two as gifts for Christmas.”
