I used for a few weeks depositing small amounts without wins so never tried a withdrawal, as the wins I did get I used, I then had a stroke off luck with a massive win, over 3500, I tried to withdraw and it said pending, I asked online chat how long it takes for them to process and they continually made references to my bank processing time, I informed them that I wanted to know there processing time, but they were very evasive, on there page it says fast withdrawals, now bear in mind other gambling sites is in your account in a few days, this company can take 1 to 5 days just to issue payment, then the bank can take the same, so in short, withdrawals can take up to 10 WORKING DAYS, I have tried to speak to them on email and phone, and all I get is, "we will do as soon as possible", what does that mean? How long is a peace of string? Then I was told it will take longer if a large withdrawal as they need to check for cheating??? How the hell can I cheat!!!, my withdrawal was for 3600 pounds, they have jackpots on some of there machines for much much more, so in the scale of things 3600 is not massive although massive for me, just imagine if you won a large jackpot, it would take forever to receive your winnings, it's always amazed me that they take all your info they verify your account then when you win they say we need to do checks!! Yet the checks they do to before you make a withdrawal are good enough to take your money, for example you can pay in and play any amount of money, yet when you want your winnings there is suddenly more checks to be made, it seems to me they try and find a reason not to pay you! It's a shame as everything about the site is great, but no gambling site is very good if you can't collect any winnings for very long time, VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Ok site. Blackjack doesn't seem fair as you hardly ever win any hands compared to the dealer just takes your money. Only thing I like is the free daily game really

Hello Anon Every single game is tested and approved by the UK gambling commission before its allowed to be played. In addition, the games are monitored on a monthly basis to make sure they are working correctly. You may wish to try the live dealer Blackjack - its against a live dealer as the name suggests. Games continually lag, reels go from spinning really fast 1 minute then really slowly next. some of the bonus features are pointless, you play £££ to get into the bonus and it pays £3, £4 sometimes you get a decent little win, however the games make it obvious its not giving you another win. and if you do have a win, then change game, the casino make sure you wont win on the next game. takes the fun out of playing really, yes its a gambling casino, but when a game can take £100, £150 an the biggest win you get, including from a bonus game is less than £6 you know you're being robbed. some good games, but the % control is ridicules, spoils the enjoyment.

Hi Paul Thanks or your feedback. I wonder if you were playing specific games? There are a range of games on the site and some are more volatile than others, meaning that there can be periods of low wins followed by much bigger wins. Ultimately, however once a game is designed it mus go through a rigorous testing process and must be signed off by independent testers. In fact in the UK all games that you play on any online site must comply with a certain certification required by the UK gambling commission. That may not provide you with any comfort on the win loss ratios that you have experienced and we appreciate that. All we can say is that, it is meant to be a form of entertainment and yes luck plays a part in that. The games are monitored to be fair and pay out according to their design. Sorry if you haven't experienced the upside you were expecting. You can see by some of the other reviews that plenty of people have won and do win. It says you get free spins and keep your winnings. You only get spins on one game, which you have to bet a unrealistic score, so never any winnings. If you click to play on slot machine it actually takes money from your phone bill! It never stated anywhere it would do this!

I have played phone casino and have never won any money despite depositing hundreds of pounds. I was going to deposit using my card only to see the information needed included my banks sort code as well as other private info. I can only warn people against doing any dealings with these people.
