“I’ve played on quite a few online casinos and this must be the slowest yet for payouts. Been told up to 10 working days! Not acceptable when they have he favility to take your money instantly . They need to get online with their competitors who payout within 2 hours”

Hey Charlotte The quickest way to process withdrawals is back to card. If you register a card it’s processed much much quicker. Bank transfers can take longer and we are working on a way to speed that up. Please add one and then you wont experience any issues. Kind regards The Phone Casino

“Was a bit unsure when I seen phone casino pop up on Facebook as it wasn’t one I had heard off before but I love the site and games, only been playing a few days and won over £100. Like others have mentioned the only downside is the withdrawal time which hopefully in time will improve. The customer service team are very helpful and get back to you very quick Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is withdrawal time other than that love this site”

“It has a good variety of games also once you confirm all I'd my winnings were very quick, the reason why I've not gave you 5 stars is because of your £2.50 fee on every deposit made which is less more chance of winning which I'm sure would put people of in depositing but all in all fairly good experience”

“Came across the site, signed up deposited £10. I didn't have much hopes of winning as most sites you sign up to, give you a small win then you quickly end up losing. So started playing pots of luck, I had no idea what I was doing haha but I spun "CASH" and started the bonus round. I was just clicking spin, before I knew what was going on I won the jackpot £800 and odd. In shock I just logged off. The next morning I logged back on asked my partner if it was right. Yes I had won, woo hoo, so we just started to play different game's on the site, we ended up getting too £1,500. Thinking it would be like other sites we assumed we'd have to wagger a lot before being able to withdraw. Not the case, so withdrew on a Wednesday and was deposited into my bank account on the Friday. Still play various games on the site. Highly recommend to anyone”

“To be completely honest I have just signed up, I’ve verified my ID and sent the email for my address, however I signed up to try the free spins before depositing and I’ve looked for hours but can not find the free spins anywhere. I only wanted to try it out before depositing to play the live blackjack. I’m a tad disappointed in this so I’m going to speak to customer services.
