“Pleased with product, next day delivery on samples which helped me decide on colour. Once order was placed, prompt delivery by company themselves, I was kept up to date with txt on delivery date & times 😁 Decking is not yet installed, but so far so good, absolutely pleased with product. Thank you the out door look 👌”

“Before ordering made a phone call and the man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Extremely pleasant and professional. Ordered my items and they were delivered personally a few days later by the outdoor look themselves. Haven’t installed my items yet but so far superb service! Great work!”

“Fantastic service from placing my order to delivery was spot on. 8 days in total and phone call to inform me when delivery was then delivery driver called me hours in advance when he would arrive on the day. Fantastic product for a fantastic price. Would strongly recommend as I have shopped about for samples and some company’s didn’t even bother sending them out. Look no other place than “The outdoor look””

“We have covered a full wall outside to bring a little life to the garden. Not only has this made our back yard look completely different, it also looks real, The first order we under ordered so called them to get extra. Couldn’t believe it when they was delivered the next day. Outstanding service. Outstanding product. Very highly recommended.”
