“Just received my jars of delicious Cartwright and Butler ginger preserve. I was very impressed with the care taken by staff at the Old Railway Line Garden Centre to ensure it arrived safely packed in bubble wrap and a polystyrene box. Wish I lived near the Garden Centre, would definitely be a favourite place to visit.”

“Made a purchase online, prior to ordering I contacted The Old Railway Line Garden Centre the team answered the phone promptly, politley and very helpful. Graham made some enqueries to the manufacturers and called me back soon after followed up by an email with uploaded photos of the product. Brilliant service all round. “Ordered online for my hubby. Website easy to navigate The item arrived so well packaged, it would have taken a lot to damage it in transit, and to top it off, hubby was very pleased that I managed to find someone that sells it (at a reasonable price too) we had been looking in stores for it to no avail. Thank you”

“We found their customer service to be excellent. It was easy to get hold of someone, very helpful and friendly staff. The ordering process was straightforward, as was delivery. We were kept informed of what was happening with our order and any issues we had were easily sorted. “I found the products I wanted from Old Railway Line Garden Centre, who were very helpful when something I had ordered online was not available, I was contacted immediately refunded the amount very quickly and sent the products out promptly Wish I lived closer and then I could visit Pippa”
