“The actual appointment was better than excellent- very professional but also caring - I felt that I was in safe hand. I have dropped a star because my initial appointment was cancelled at short notice due to staff sickness, I understand that this couldn't have been predicted but not why there was no cover, this being a large-ish business with a number of clinics across London.”

“I visited the mole clinic as I noticed a mole that appeared to be changing. Getting an appointment with a GP was going to be an impossible task. I attended the Glasgow clinic having made an online appointment the day before. My mole was examined and pictured. The following day I received an email with a detailed report attached. I really was blown away with the prompt and professional service this clinic offers. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone worried about a changing mole or one that appears different. The staff are friendly and the consultant is professional and confidential. I will not be using my GP in the future for concerns regarding my moles.”

“I was very anxious about my moles and needed a professional check to reassure myself, the mole clinic receptionists were very polite and my doctor made sure to talk to me about all of my concerns and made me very comfortable while checking me over, I’ll definitely be back for any future concerns.”

“Really easy to make an appointment - efficient upon arrival and felt comfortable during the examination. Very quick report delivery post-check up and good guidance on next steps. No pressure to use their services ongoing. If you have moles, it is well worth having a check up!”

“I booked in for the full skin check and mole mapping with Nurse Danielle Thorburn. I was very nervous after being referred for a dermatology appointment by my Doctor. I wasn't sure how long the appointment would take to come through so I booked this in the meantime. The session with Danielle was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to talk me through everything that I was worried about. Danielle then checked every single mole, lump and bump individually and gave me advice on any that needed it. Danielle then took photos for my mole mapping and also transferred them onto USB for my own records. Danielle's manner is very reassuring and she comes across as very competent. Danielle is friendly and was able to put me at ease in no time. If you have a mole that you are unsure of and would like it checked out and to get some professional in depth advice then I would highly recommend this service.”
