“I attended a screening consultation at The MOLE Clinic last week. The Screening Nurse, Lucy Rawlings, was extremely thorough and professional throughout. I was a little stressed beforehand, but Lucy could not have been more reassuring and kind. The whole screening process, which was quite lengthy, was made as pleasant as it could be for me. Lucy identified two areas which require further dermoscopic examination by a specialist and, having consulted one of the Doctors, she wasted no time in contacting me by phone and emailing my Dermoscopy Report to advise me. Despite my obvious concerns, my time spent at the clinic was a positive experience. It is welcoming and highly professional, and is playing a significant role in the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and other complaints.”

“Excellent service - I saw Nicole at the Birmingham clinic and she was friendly, professional and very thorough. Every mole on my body was thoroughly inspected - even under my nails and the soles of my feet and she found two that required dermatologist assessment and were consequently photographed. Within 3 working days I received a comprehensive report explaining that one mole had been diagnosed as benign but the other required further photographs in 3 months to check it wasn't changing. I was very impressed with the mole clinic - well worth the money for piece of mind.”

“Exceeded expectations ! My wife and I both attended for an "All over body scan". The thoroughness/professionalism of the clinic nurse , along with subsequent assessment was of a very high standard. I'd have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.”

“I booked a full body mole check with the Mole Clinic after spotting an odd mole on my foot and being unable to get a GP appointment. I was very impressed with the service - Nicole was very knowledgable and reassuring throughout the appointment, and spoke to me continuously about what to expect for the next steps, and general knowledge about how to monitor my moles and what to look out for in future. She took some pictures of the mole I was concerned about, and sent it on to a specialist, who came back very quickly with a diagnosis, and she talked it through with me on the phone. I am now in the process of getting referred to a dermatologist by my GP.”

“I was concerned about a mole that became crusty and of the number of lesions that seem to pop up from nowhere. The GP Service was unable to give me an appointment to see a Dr! Appalling! So i booked myself into the Mole Clinic and a week later was being attended to by a specialist nurse (lovely lady with a very empathetic manner). Two days after that I had my report. Not too much to worry about, some practical advice and a referral to a consultant Dermatologist. Excellent service. Thank you.”
