“Very efficient and thorough service, and was money well spent for me as the nurse was able to identify a mole which was unusual. Given this information I was able to then arrange a removal with the Mole Clinic. I was able to do this all within one working week.”

“I had torn a mole on my back and it looked very odd. I was quite nervous that it might be dangerous. The receptionist and Dermatological Nurse both put me at ease. I was particularly pleased that the Nurse shared her expectations that it was probably not malignant. The report, which is thorough but understandable for a layperson, came back the next day and everything is okay. Just to be sure it heals properly, I am going for a rescope in three weeks time. Excellent service.”

“It was great to have all my moles checked rather than going to the GP about something specific as it turns out the one I worried about is OK but I have others that need to be checked. Also having 45 minutes means I was able to ask lots of questions and get some really good advice about care going forward.”

“I was able to get a Saturday appointment very quickly for the telederm analysis. The screening nurse Anna really put me at my ease and listened to what I had to say. I received the report within a few hours of being seen and was able to save the report and photographs to my PC so that I can monitor any changes to my mole myself. I would recommend this service and am certain to use again if I have any concerns.”
