“While I am happy with the product - 4 x Pashana Original Hair Lotion (250ml) the delay in delivery and not being able to speak to someone in customer service (I made a call at around 3.10 pm and the voice recording suggested that the office was closed when the office opening hours are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm) I have given a 3 star.”

“I never received my order. 11 days after it had been shipped, I had to inquire where it was. They told me they didn’t know where it was. They then told me it was “out of stock” anyway. I don’t believe they ever shipped anything. They did refund my order though”

“Ordered a 1000ml conditioner. After a week it hadn't arrived. Emailed the company twice and got no reply. I telephoned and spoke to a chap who appeared helpful and said he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Called again a number of days after that and spoke to another chap who again said he would look into this and I also never heard back from him. Very disappointing. No one ever got back to me or apologised for the delayed delivery. It finally arrived after about 2 weeks. Other companies I have used usually dispatch within 24-48 hours. Poor communication and slow delivery.”
