“I have ordered a few times now tih Modern Man. It is refreshing to do business with a company that has passion in their work and really cares for their customer. Great people to deal with. Prices are competative. It does take a few more days to have items shipped from the UK to the USA but it is worth the time for me. I had one of my packages get misplaced by the shipping company which could have happened with any seller. However, Modern Man went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Modern Man is the first place I go to find my shaving products; especially in buying the English brands (TOBS, DRH, Morgans, etc).”

“Sadly, at the time of my order I mistakenly provided an incorerct mailing address (my mother's for some reason from Google Pay), and I immediately (within 5 minutes) sent a note to customer service advising them of this and asking the product be mailed to my correct address. I never received a response. Furhtermore, the product never arrived - at either address (my 84 yo mother would definitely have noticed some unexpected shaivng soap). It's disappointing because I love the after shave, so was optimistic the soap would be a hit as well - tired of spending almost US $100 for Dolomite...”

“Overall, the transaction with The Modern Man was excellent. Ordering from the site was easy. They had exactly the name brand I was looking for and not a cheap knockoff. Delivery had me worried (more about that later), but the item arrived in great shape. Delivery? The order made it from the UK to the US in about a week. At time of order, the estimate was 10 days. When another week went by, I started to worry, especially when I looked at the delivery address in my order. It did not look like a US address. After a total of 17 days, the order arrived at my house. The address on the box looked good. I should not have worried. Overall, it was a great transaction.”

“I got a large range of the Reuzel hair products and honestly they are the best products I’ve tried in my hair. The reuzel hair tonic is extremely good for between hair washes and being able to restyle. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the products. The Modern Man site was quick to ship them and I had no issues with any of the products coming.”

“I had been very pleased with the service up until my most recent order. I ordered a 400 ml bottle of Proraso aftershave. It was very flimsily packaged in a paper bag like sack. The cap broke in shipping because of this. I got the empty bottle in the mail. I got a refund, but the shipping could have been better.”
