I made an order ,delivered damaged was reported to them it took 2 weeks to be told that they can't repace it and will return my money ,still waiting.

You ask me about my previous order. But I've send you at least 3 emails regarding my current order 186735 I ordered some goods and payed for them at Mon 21 Oct 2024. Since that time I didn't get any respond from The Modern Man - no emails, no tracking numbers - none. At Wed 6 Nov I've send an email with the questions regarding my order - no respond. I did it again at Mon 11 Nov and Thu 14 Nov - no respond. I asked to return money back - no respond. What is going on with your service?

Highly disappointed, purchased Muhle r41gs with a muhle chrome razor stand, while razor stand was flawless and very happy with it, the razor came flawed, maybe it didnt go through muhle qc check or maybe have been damaged somewhere else, on arrival muhle r41 gs box was not sealed, and upon closer inspection the cap of the razor head had flaws, after contacting The Modern Man support about this issue, they told me to contact muhle directly, which is kinda disappointing, since you are the ones who sold this razor to me and not muhle

I ordered my product at end of September this year and received it this week, 3 months later. Generic emails were sent whilst I tried to chase up but nothing was done until recently. The communication and customer service were very disappointing. A 3 month wait for a serum. Won't be ordering from this company again.

I never received my order. 11 days after it had been shipped, I had to inquire where it was. They told me they didn’t know where it was. They then told me it was “out of stock” anyway. I don’t believe they ever shipped anything. They did refund my order though
