“Happy with the product. Website works, you could add a lot more in terms of product and choice. Only issue I'd have is delivery time. It was a combination of courier and postal services from the tracking it seems to have been international courier.. So, blame Brexit and tge Tory party 👀🤦‍♂️”

“It took over a week to be delivered. It is a good razor, heavy which I prefer. The handle however is smooth and could cause fingers to slip. I would have preferred a rougher handle surface.”

“While I am happy with the product - 4 x Pashana Original Hair Lotion (250ml) the delay in delivery and not being able to speak to someone in customer service (I made a call at around 3.10 pm and the voice recording suggested that the office was closed when the office opening hours are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm) I have given a 3 star.”

“Good range of products but in the three orders I placed I was charged 95p for free samples then only given one small sachet of cheap shaving cream. They also offer a free towel if you sign up but I have never been sent this. I highlighted the problems to the company who quickly refunded the 3x 95p for ‘free samples’ and are sending me the free towel. This was good customer service but I can’t rate any higher as the order I placed 8 days ago still has not arrived and I have no update on what is happening by the company.”

“While I fully appreciate the difficulties with covid 19 and the extra pressure Christmas can bring, I did not expect an item ordered on the 20th of December 2021 would not arrive until 14th of January 2022. From a UK seller to Dublin Ireland. When I placed the order I was sure I clicked a link to a free gift for an initial purchase, no gift arrived in the box. The product itself was what I ordered but I don't think I would wait that long again. Thanks Sean ,I'm not on any social media”

“I get all my Hair gel from the Modern Man and normally there service is fantastic but this time no-one wrapped up the bottles with the normal care & bubble wrap - ordered 3 bottles can only use 1 as other broken and glass everything. They did offer a full refund for all 3 bottles which was good however need to sort new Gel now…”
