“I thought that overall the experience was good, I had never heard of this company so I did some research and found out that they had gotten good reviews. I would say that I agree with the experience of others, I had a good experience with them also. They do respond to your email questions and try to help you out. I gave 4 stars because the order was delivered but it was very hard to track.”

“Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the order was very difficult to track. The shipment confirmation initially said it was shipped by TRAKPAK. Then FedEx and ultimately Canada Post made the delivery. The selections of items available and prices were great. I will probably order from The Modern Man again as they stock items I couldn't find anywhere else. I will just remind myself that I will likely wait a month to receive the order. Recommended!”

“It took a while but I received my product. When at first it didn’t arrive Modern Man responded and asked me if I wanted a refund. It took them a couple days but eventually they figured out the original was on its way still but had some kind of waylay. They refunded the shipping for me which was lovely and I received the product today.”

“I bought a good aftershave as a present which was reasonably priced ...however delivery took a long time compared to other online sellers (2.5 weeks) I live in southern Ireland and while they explained that all good for the EU had to be cleared through belgium - I have rec'd goods from other UK sellers and EU based ones that were delivered much quicker....”

“If you're in the UK, or not in a hurry, a fine company. I can't fault the product, the price, or the responsiveness of the company when I enquired at the late arrival. But delivery to my EU address was astonishingly slow, much longer than the ten days estimated, I guess because smaller companies don't have a super slick and fast customs and VAT setup to get from the UK into Europe, so how long it will take is unpredictable. Everything else was great.”
