“Shaving soap not delivered because package included 2 items and you had run out of enough. Not advice and I had to ring in to get it resolved,subsequently resolved quickly with generous recompense. Good customer service. Thanks.”

“Ordered a 1000ml conditioner. After a week it hadn't arrived. Emailed the company twice and got no reply. I telephoned and spoke to a chap who appeared helpful and said he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Called again a number of days after that and spoke to another chap who again said he would look into this and I also never heard back from him. Very disappointing. No one ever got back to me or apologised for the delayed delivery. It finally arrived after about 2 weeks. Other companies I have used usually dispatch within 24-48 hours. Poor communication and slow delivery.”

“Below average service. No product arrived after 4+ weeks. I then recieved an email asking me to write a review. I gave one star and requested them process a refund immediately, including cost of shipping, which to their credit they processed. I was then asked to revise my one star review. Given how things have gone, I am happy to increase my ranking from one star to two stars. I still won't be recommending 'The Modern Man' to anyone and I would appreciate if ye took me off your mailing lists and refrain from bombarding me with emails. Cheers.”

“I received my order, Reuzel Fiber Pomade 113g, quickly but when I opened it, it appears to be old because it is discoloured. I sent a request on the 'contact us' page but have not heard back.”

“I'll quote my last email for the customer service: It's not excepted at all, I order more than a month ago, it's my second check with you (you didn't answer the first one) and got no response whatsoever in the last month and a half. What I understand from your response that you did not dealt with my order; you got the money and send nothing. It is one of the worst services I ever got at an e-commerce platform. Very disappointing Igal P.S the products are great”
