“Terrible customer service. I never received the items I ordered, just an empty box. Contacted The Modern Man to request a refund and customer service responded asking for more details, which I provided along with photos. Haven’t heard from them since. No refund, no items and not responding to my emails.”

“I love The Modern Man products and prices but they are so often out of items I would like to order. There are several products I have been wanting for months to order but are always out of stock. I wish they'd only show what they truly have in stock. That's my only complaint. Shipping is quick and buy 4 item and get a discount. Great! But restock or remove the items from your list.”
