“I live in Canada and made a purchase through Modern Man and was very impressed. The product I have used in the past but was getting hard to find here. The Modern Man had stock and great pricing so I ordered from them. They successfully navigated a postal disruption in Canada to get me the product as well. “I took advantage of a Modern Man sale to grab my favorite shaving cream. I live in California and I expected shipping to be slow and it was, basically a month as the shipment got stuck in Fedex's domestic system. No biggie as MM was so helpful in pushing the shipment through. Thank you Modern Man!”

“You ask me about my previous order. But I've send you at least 3 emails regarding my current order 186735 I ordered some goods and payed for them at Mon 21 Oct 2024. Since that time I didn't get any respond from The Modern Man - no emails, no tracking numbers - none. At Wed 6 Nov I've send an email with the questions regarding my order - no respond. I did it again at Mon 11 Nov and Thu 14 Nov - no respond. I asked to return money back - no respond. What is going on with your service?”

“Prompt delivery - very good. A slight problem with the quality of an item resulted in a very swift replacement. Everything is now sorted and I am more than satisfied. Worth noting that the prices of the items I required were the best I coud find. That, together with the excellent customer service means I shall return.”
