“So much advice and practical support before, during and after purchase. Not a whiff of ‘pressure sale’ - in fact, I think they’d rather you didn’t purchase than get the wrong item. Excellent team! Thanks especially to Jason and Paul with the recent purchase of my powerchair.”

“Looking for a self propel wheelchair for my sister the mobility aids centre was recommended. The website was easy to use and prices were very competitive. I decided to order a slightly wider chair as the price was the same. It arrived in a couple of days. I hadn't taken into account the size of my sisters doors so it was too big to fit through them, my fault entirely but exchanging was no problem at all with only a small charge for collection of the chair. New chair arrived 2 days later. Staff so friendly and helpful I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use them again.”

“Received my k_lite a week ago.was kept up-to-date on delivery.very happy with scooter, comfortable ride,comfy seat too.only slight problem connecting charger,if you have arthritis in fingers.it is getting easier.highly recommend this scooter.thanks to Jason too.”

“The goods themselves were fine, pretty much exactly what I was expecting and they arrived quickly. The only problem was with the couriers who put an incorrectly dated card through the door which invited me to rearrange delivery or go and collect the package or they said they would send the goods back. When I tried to rearrange delivery it wouldn't allow me to pick the next day (when I would have been in) so I booked for the following Monday...and then they delivered the next day regardless. All really rather stressful. Other couriers have an option to leave things in the porch or with a neighbour. If customers are ordering mobility aids they are less likely than most to be able to charge off to a depot in another town to collect their package.”

“What a ripoff £70 is odd quid for a pair of broken off handles & a couple of brackets you should be ashamed ok it works but what a cost”

Good Afternoon, I am really sorry you feel we should be ashamed of the price of our handle extensions. Could i please explain, we import them from America and the postage alone is very expensive, we are just about the cheapest on the internet for this product and there are only a couple of different manufacturers. We have some great reviews from almost all of the people who have purchased these and once again I am sorry you feel like you do. If you feel you would like to return them I will refund you as long as they in the original packaging and in good condition.

“I always shop with Mobility Aids Centre as they have all the equipment you will ever need. They make life much easier for me and for my partner who has mobility problems and needs to use various pieces of equipment to get out of an upstairs flat. You can find a variety of items for any occasion and it so easy to use the site. Delivery was on time and so you can plan around the date so you aren't wasting time hanging around. I hope they continue to provide excellent service as I will probably need more equipment as the years mount up.”
