“My parents brought a walker/wheelchair. After trying sitting in it it was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately they were told they couldn't return it. It was never advised to them on purchase and we did eventually find in the small print. Still waiting a response following leaving a message over a week ago and an email. Wouldn't recommend.”

Good morning Kerry, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. With reference to your comment regarding " never advised on purchase it was nonrefundable" we do have signs in our showroom next to the rollators and on the desk where we issue receipts. Rollators are displayed and our customers have chance to try before they make their decision to buy. I am sorry you feel dissatisfied, no members of staff are paid any commissions, and our customers are given demonstrations and as much time to make their own decisions before they purchase.

“Your service was excellent & our order was perfect. Our only complaint was with the delivery service Fed Exwho said they came on the day suppose to but didn’t we were at home at the time they quoted!!!!”
