grab rails were very rust stained in the box, took a lopt of cleaning to remove it.

I have only received 1 of the 3 items ordered and it wasn't until I emailed that I even found out what the situation was. I would suggest either noting the items on the packing slip to at least acknowledge your customer is only getting part of an order, along with the future delivery date, or at least email your customer upon shipping an incomplete order to let them know. Also, I noted that even when I did receive the email response acknowledging the missing items the first line of the email stated - "Your order #xxxxxxx has been updated to: Complete". I can only hope I get the rest of my order without problems.

Bed handrail shown as in stock was not. Due for delivery in November - but will it be??!! Staff handled situation in a friendly professional way so praise to them.

My order has not arrived yet, and was ordered and paid for several weeks ago.I have e mailed with no response. I was told initially of delay with estimated delivery on 26th march.

DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK. SO HAVENT RECIEVED IT YET. PLEASED TO SAY THEY DID RING TO OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE.

ordered my item on Friday evening noting that the website said delivery in 2 to 5 days so expected delivery on the Wednesday to Saturday. Called them on the Thursday to be told my item was actually on 8 day delivery and after checking with their supplier the item would be delivered on Monday. So here I am at 15:20 on Tuesday and it has still not arrived. Very poor service.

I ordered two products (order #100002415), adjustable height walking frame and days trolley walker from your website on 31 Dec 2017. Your site on purchase stated delivery 2-5 days. The frame eventually arrived on 9 January and we are still yet to receive the walker. It is now the 15 January 2018. You should adjust your site to include your correct delivery time frames, as this is false advertising. My mother who is sick during this time is in desperate need of these products. If I knew this was going to take so long, I would have gone to another supplier.

I have a faulty pair of crutches because the arm supports stay up if I lift my arms, but when I phoned about them I was told to use them to see if they improved, then told by email I couldn't return them if I had used them. When I phoned again to sort things, I was only offered a refund, not a replacement, even though I said I needed a pair urgently, so I now have a faulty pair of crutches and bruises all down my arms because I couldn't be without them enough to send them back or get another pair from elsewhere in time.

This is not suitable as it cannot be locked to allow the user or helper to lock the turntable when the person is trying to stand up. I can't see how this is a practicable or safe to use for people with a disability. Thanks Wes.

My order took far longer than expected to arrive - when I enquired I was told that the delay was due to some issues with the warehouse but no one bothered to let me know until I got in touch to ask where my order was. These days one just doesn't expect to be kept waiting for ages like this with no progress report.

The item delivered did not include an essential item. It was not clear this had to be purchased separately. Add this to the price of the ordered item and the complete item becomes very expensive. Advert was misleading

Hi Terry, sorry your item isn't as expected! We do actually mention that the base for the kettle tipper is an additional item twice on the page. If the item isn't what you were expecting let us know and we'll happily sort out getting that returned for you.
