“I have had cause to go to The Medical on two occasions now. The first was around 2010 when I ripped a rotator cuff, and this second time, with a knee injury. Though I am still receiving treatment for my knee injury, which is making good progress, each time I feel I have received the utmost care and attention, have been listened to, and have been given enough, and the right treatment to aid my recovery. I have received video tuition, a care plan via email, and all encouragement to carry out the exercise plan, given. I have received deep tissue massage, and in-house tuition on exercises given. Would recommend.”

“Attended the practice for some chiropractice treatment on a rather tight neck. Chiropractor Kenneth was superb. Knowledgeable and careful. He has a good sense of humour and gets his thoughts over in a professional manner.”

“I have received excellent treatment, which has lessened my back pain. Callum has improved my movement, particularly when rising from the bed in the morning. I hope that my flexibility, first thing, will continue to improve over the next half a dozen sessions or so.”

“Treatment was very good I only have two small issues, 1 £60 for 15 min treatment equals £240 per hour Rather expensive, 2 on one visit the receptionist was nowhere to be found Chris said to pay on next visit However i received several Email messages and phone calls totally overboard.”

“Excellent treatment and extremely nice staff. Cancellation policy is concerning to me as someone who has multiple health issues, but staff do try to be accommodating when one is very ill or in too much pain to attend.”

“My whole experience with the Medical has been well worth it. From the first consultation through to the last consultation. Sam is very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listens to what you say. Also had Sarah and James for exercises and hands on therapy both were very professional and caring. Shelly on the front reception was always very polite, helpful, professional and smiling. I would definitely recommend their services.”
