“I came for physio treatment on my shoulder and hip. The physio assigned to me is a friendly guy but inexperienced given my treatment history. More control, planning and structure around our sessions would be helpful. In 5 sessions my symptoms have not improved and arguably worsened. The clinic itself was fast to respond to emails and quick to book. However I did not appreciate calls during work hours several times chasing payment (all less than a week since invoice).”

“After an appraisal ,six visits and an X-ray , sadly I saw no improvement . Funds being limited I’ve had to seek an alternative method of treatment”

“My experience with practitioners at the Medical has been good however their booking system and administration has been poor. Random bookings made which I’ve had to spend time cancelling and clarifying and even though I’ve paid for a block of treatment I continually get requests to make large payments to them.”

“I had physio at the medical and it was okay. I do feel the sessions were rushed and not enough time was spent explaining what the treatment was going to do or the benefits.”

“Treatment excellent. Times are short for the visit, hence expensive if not on insurance. Covid makes waiting not so easy. Staff friendly.”
