I have had cause to go to The Medical on two occasions now. The first was around 2010 when I ripped a rotator cuff, and this second time, with a knee injury. Though I am still receiving treatment for my knee injury, which is making good progress, each time I feel I have received the utmost care and attention, have been listened to, and have been given enough, and the right treatment to aid my recovery. I have received video tuition, a care plan via email, and all encouragement to carry out the exercise plan, given. I have received deep tissue massage, and in-house tuition on exercises given. Would recommend.
