“These guy's do what they say”

“Just purchased a Nissan x-trail and the central locking with the keys where none existant, large holes where the butons are, in fact you could see the buttons it was that bad, i was a bit sceptical after being informed from many friends that it could cost a lot of money to replace. Decided to send one of the keys of to The Master Locksmth and very happy i did, it does really look like new and works a treat, fantastic service and will be sending my spare end of the month, thanks for the great service, 5 star from me”

“Service was good and quick and seems to have resolved any issues however communication was lacking. I sent off my device to the master locksmith on a Thursday and it was back and in working order on the following Wednesday. However, I received no communication about whether an issue was identified or what was done to resolve the issue. (It is not the end of the world as the issue is seemingly fixed but a nice to have) The item was returned in a box with no note or information.”

“No hassle at all dealing with the Master Locksmith who repaired our Freelander 2 key in exactly the time frame quoted for a decent price. Their instructions are clear and it all went like clockwork. My only niggle would be that I would have liked automatic confirmation that the key had arrived and was being worked on without the need for me to check. I hope we don't need to use Master Locksmith again but if we do, I won't hestiate to do so.”

“These people are amazing! I had a problem with the ignition in a Mercedes and got the way to get the part out by watching YouTube videos. It was boxed up and posted to The Master Locksmiths. Their pricing is far more reasonable than others. As a nervous customer I called for reassurance and liked their feedback. I got the ignition back today, promptly put it back the car and voilà, I'm back in action. Not only did I get an additional "key" it came with a blank for me to get cut, just incase. I am sincerely impressed!”

“Sent my old key fob that I tried to solder with the new empty fob and not only did they fix it but they cut the blank key I sent with it ! All this in five days from sending to getting back !! Fantastic service indeed Five star rating all day long, thanks 🤩”
