These people are amazing! I had a problem with the ignition in a Mercedes and got the way to get the part out by watching YouTube videos. It was boxed up and posted to The Master Locksmiths. Their pricing is far more reasonable than others. As a nervous customer I called for reassurance and liked their feedback. I got the ignition back today, promptly put it back the car and voilà, I'm back in action. Not only did I get an additional "key" it came with a blank for me to get cut, just incase. I am sincerely impressed!
