Service was good and quick and seems to have resolved any issues however communication was lacking.
I sent off my device to the master locksmith on a Thursday and it was back and in working order on the following Wednesday. However, I received no communication about whether an issue was identified or what was done to resolve the issue. (It is not the end of the world as the issue is seemingly fixed but a nice to have)
The item was returned in a box with no note or information.
