“I bought a single protector because the cot bed one I bought 8 years ago is still working perfectly and in great condition, fantastic products. And no crinkly sound!”

“Payment taken then refunded with no plausible explanation as to why other than that I was making a fraudulent purchase as delivery address and billing address were different. They were not. Found the experience upsetting and offensive. Expectation NOT exceeded and did not re-order”

“The products seem nice, but I bought a mattress and some sheets and the packaging for both was awful. The mattress box looked like it had been trampled/crushed and was covered in holes, the very corner of the mattress also looks a little squashed. The boxes the sheets came in (the actual sheet box rather than the shipping box) were filthy. Not really what I would expect from a company who position and price themselves as a luxury baby brand.”

“This is a gorgeous Moses basket. Excellent quality and value for money. The wooden stand is sturdy and well crafted. The liner is soft and well fitted. More than exceeded my expectations.”

“They charged me a price including VAT and told ROI customs "Delivered Taxes Unpaid (DTU) and now I am faced to pay double tax for a mattress. I will never buy anything from them again.”
