“Well we were alerted by midwife that new baby should have a new mattress in moses basket. So being anxious to do the best for baby brother we immediately ordered the new natural mattress and protector for the millie and boris moses basket. It was a far superior mattress to the original mattress. Ordered on standard free post option and was delivered 2 days later at 10.01 within 10.01-11.01 time slot!! What more could you ask for?????????????”

“So impressed with my purchase of this Moses basket mattress and protector! Fast delivery. I could immediately feel the quality and my little girl (3 weeks old) began to settle really quickly. I feel more relaxed knowing she is getting a more comfortable nights sleep and also for her naps during the day! It's a bonus that this mattress is also made of natural material! Highly recommend!”

“Awful customer service. Bought mattress and a few days later LGS refused to match a 20% discount that they are currently running causing unecessary inconvenience to have to return and reorder the mattress. Staff are unhelpful and didnt respond to emails. Disappointed.”

When you spoke with our CS Team yesterday, you were advised that although we were unable to refund you, a voucher for the equivalent value was offered. “Lovely organic products. Good quality. Mattress is quite hard for me when I lie down next to my son to read bedtime stories. He seems to like it, so perhaps that's just because it's designed for a child to sleep on, not an adult.”
