Hi Neil, I am sorry that you had a delay with your delivery. I have checked our order system and your order was delivered within 3 working days, which is within our promised delivery time. According to the delivery tracking, the courier attempted to deliver at 12.30 on 2nd February, but I am sorry if this was not the case. “Very pleased with how quick my order was delivered. Ordered at 2pm on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered by 1pm the next day even though I only had a standard delivery. Very happy with the mattress and bedding set which I knew I would be as it came highly recommended from a friend.”

“The standard of the product is excellent, my baby loves sleeping with the blanket so much if we take it off him he will wake up and then it's nightmare. The products I ordered were all delivered on time too. So highly recommended!”

“My mattress and mattress protector arrived really quickly, are packaged nicely and seem excellent quality. My baby hasn't slept on the mattress as yet so cannot comment on its comfort but it looks really comfy. I have purchased a Moses basket mattress and sheepskin here already and am delighted with both. Excellent quality products.”

“Siamo rimasti molto contenti una volta ricevuta la culla Snüzpod: pratica, funzionale e bella! È esattamente come ce l'avevamo immaginata, grande giusta, e i materiali sembrano di buona qualità. Per chiunque stia cercando una bella culla, senza dubbio, è un alternativa da prendere in considerazione, sopratutto per chi pensa di allattare. Quello che ci ha stupito di più è stata la consegna veramente in tempo record!”
