“On the whole very helpfull. Slight problem that the website indicated that there were many of one ofthe bulbs available when I ordered but after acknowledgement these were out of stock after all. Soon resolved by phone with alternative and charged same price.”

Hi Kostas, Thanks for the 2 star review it's greatly appreciated although we are mortified that it was not 5 stars (Sad face Emoji). We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! I can see that our websales team have actually sent you two different brands of the same lamp as the order brand only had one piece available from stock. I have asked them to add ipc Sylvania on back order, so as soon as it arrives we will despatch free from charge. No need to return the other lamp. please do not hesitate to contact us.
