Hi Steve, Thanks for the 2 star review it's greatly appreciated although we are mortified that it was not 5 stars (Sad face Emoji). We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! Sadly due to Covid-19 Royal Mail like ourselves are running on fewer staff due to social distancing, This is having a major effect on the postal system. We like Royal Mail are doing everything possible to keep parcels moving and can only apologies for the delay in the item getting to you. However if you still have not received your parcel we are more then willing despatch free from charge replacements for you. please do not hesitate to contact us.
