“The person on the phone knew exactly which items I was looking for and had them in stock. The items had seemed quite difficult to find so I was glad they were able to respond immediately. However the delivery did take quite a long time to arrive, at least 10 days or more from memory and this may have been due to the post/carrier rather than the supplier.”

“Very efficient service and the product arrived exactly as described. I would have rated this purchase as "very good" (5 out of 5) but there was too much bubble wrap and I am concerned for the environment and want to reduce unnecessary waste. It's a tricky call, as the supplier wants to protect damage in transit but for LED products that are relatively robust, less packaging could have been used. Otherwise excellent.”
