We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 4th & 5th stars! But sadly Royal Mail are under incredible strain with Covid-19 restriction on workforce. “The bulbs I purchased were LED substitutes for 60W ES R64 halogen spots. The energy saving is appreciated, the colour is good but the lighting performance is not yet the equivalent”
