“Delivery a bit longer than thought - but forgot about Bank Holiday which may have delayed. Bulbs exactly what I wanted, but thought that too much packing had been used - especially the use of green polystyrene nuggets - is there not a more eco friendly way of packaging as they all had to go in my waste bin. Apart from that excellent service and bulbs work fine”

Sadly we have found that using less ends in damages from Royal Mail, which in turn doubles as replacements are sent! It can be a pain, but we are looking at different materials. “I bought two of these t replace the halogen bulbs in my cooker hood. They are slightly longer than the halogens but also, the halogens are narrower at the end. The net result is that I needed to drill a small hole in the holder reflector to get the new bulbs to fit. Another problem is that they only work if I replace one bulb. With both replaced, they are very dim. An electronics problem which I've yet to solve.”
