“Good price and very fast delivery. Tubes were however excessively over packaged - It took me ages to unwrap them due to the large amount of tape used and I was left with a huge amount of non-recyclable bubble wrap to dispose of.”

With regards to the packing, sadly without a lot of packaging the logistics would have arrived damaged those needing re sending and amounting to a lot of packaging and waste. we do work hard to reduce the amount of packaging used, but sometimes its better to be safe than sorry. “The service has been courteous and prompt but sadly I have learned that, like shoes, it is unwise to purchase a tube light unseen; the item I received does not fit. This is no criticism of Easy Light Bulbs but an observation that ,unlike domestic light bulbs, tube lights are not standardised.”

“No problem with ordering or delivery and this would have been 5 stars except that after I received the order I got an invoice by email, it did say thank you for your order and payment but showed the amount as still outstanding. I emailed a week ago to say this had been paid at the time of order and asked for confirmation that the account was settled but have yet to receive an answer from them”

“Hi, I have contacted you regarding the website and delivery which were both good, but packaging was massively excessive. For two fluorescent tubes and four small led bulbs I had half a bin full of plastic bubble wrap and a couple of miles of tape. This a mjogr expense for you and also not environmentally friendly. Please take steps to save yourselves money and credibility.”

Sadly we are in a catch 22, when we use small amounts of packaging then breakages happen, thus having to be sent again which in turn creates twice the waste and increased carbon foot print using the chosen courier?
