“Small Halogen bulbs are (a) hard to find and (b) very fragile since the wire stems are sealed only in thin glass. The first bulb supplied unfortunately arrived with one stem fractured. Upon receiving notification of this a replacement was immediately despatched and arrived here within two days - something of an achievement at a time when the local Post Office is decimatd with Covid-19 and normally seems to take four days for a local First Class letter. Easy Light Bulbs' service was, under the circumstances, exemplary; contrary to what today appears to be 'normal practice', telephone communication proved both easy and friendly, and the outcome was light again on a rather darkened 'working from home' office desk. “Ordered the 20 watt but received 35w instead. 1/5 of them blow out immediately after installing. However, I have 2 in use at the moment but not sure how long they will last.”

“When I received the bulbs one of the four didn’t work but other than that it was good service. The bulbs were well packaged. If I require the bulbs again I will order from Easy Light Bulbs.”
