“What do want from an online retailer? I want good prices, good quality and good service. I wanted a particular type of bulb - and these days you need at least an 'A' level if not a degree to buy one. All three of my requirements were met along with having the bulbs i wanted so his was one of those simple but perfect transactions I made and forgot about, which is how it should be.”

“I found the light bulbs rather expensive compared to what I have bought in the past from other stockists, also delivery took longer than expected but I can accept there could be delays with this pandemic. The light bulbs were smaller than the ones that needed replacing. Fortunately the screw fitting was the same and the diffused light is adequate. Thank you”
