Hi Nigel, Thanks for the 1 star review it's greatly appreciated although we are mortified that it was not 5 stars (Sad face Emoji). We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! Normally we would ask what we could have done better, but on this occasion it does appear that we have shipped your order 11.03.20 as requested. Sadly it looks as though Royal Mail have let us down. For this we are very sorry and I have instructed our websales to resend the item to you again free from charge. If you have an further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. “Bulbs late arriving but did arrive, good quality product. Probably not a fault of the bulb more of a fault of the actual length. Tube build 5mm short either end Adjusted bottom connectors to take up gaps. This was no straight forward change over. Apart from that ok”

“easy to order. arrived well packaged. nowadays almost expect next day delivery but in fact it was perhaps 4-5 days. not a big issue, but only reason not 'very good' rating.”

We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! Normally we would ask what we could have done better, but on this occasion it does appear that we have shipped your order 06.03.20 after checking the voltage was correct. Sadly it looks as though Royal Mail have let us down. For this we are very sorry and I have instructed our websales to resend the item to you again free from charge.
