Hi Robert, Thanks for the 3 star review it's greatly appreciated although we are mortified that it was not 5 stars (Sad face Emoji). We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 4th & 5th stars! But your order was despatch 2403.20 via Royal Mail Standard Service as per the website! Sadly with the Global Coronavirus as it is, its hitting everything! Royal mail are working hard with the resources they have. I would suggest that these will be with you any day now. should they not arrive by Friday 03.04.20 we will have to look to sending out replacements for you. “I needed some halogen lamps that are no longer sold in our local shops. I found them straight away on the Easy Light Bulbs website. The procedure to place an order was simple and my lamps were with me in a couple of days., buried in protective packaging that left little chance of damage in transit. A satisfying purchase, thank you.”
