“Eventually received the light bulbs. Took a month. Have just put them in and discovered they are not warm white as ordered.”

“Good website and easy to find the product(s) I wanted. They take about a week to arrive and, sadly, two out of the ten lightbulbs were broken even though the box was well packed and protected.”

“Order No. Z008999. Is this firm still trading ? No reply to 3 emails & phone call cut off. Order placed 10 November , Visa cashed for £29 .76 next day and nothing since. Company states.:- Average delivery time. Within 5 days. Queries Resolved In Under An Hour. Customer Service NONE EXISTENT !”
