“Sent me the wrong item, not what was ordered, and then failed to supply me with return details, leaving me out of pocket. Then subjected my inbox to a deluge of promotional mail. Needless to say I won't do business with them again, and would advise others not do so either.”

“I must say that I am extremely dissapointed with the service. Firstly, I did not receive the item I ordered. Secondly, I have made contact twice now saying that the wrong item was delivered and I have had no response in regards to rectifying the problem. They have my money and I do not have the correct item and it appears that they will not be willing to issue a refund”
