“The bulbs were the correct fit and brightness. There seems to be a shortage of this type of bulb in retail shops but I found them here and will buy again when required.”

“Sent me the wrong item, not what was ordered, and then failed to supply me with return details, leaving me out of pocket. Then subjected my inbox to a deluge of promotional mail. Needless to say I won't do business with them again, and would advise others not do so either.”

“I must say that I am extremely dissapointed with the service. Firstly, I did not receive the item I ordered. Secondly, I have made contact twice now saying that the wrong item was delivered and I have had no response in regards to rectifying the problem. They have my money and I do not have the correct item and it appears that they will not be willing to issue a refund”
