“'Easy' is the word. Very pleased to find just the right fluorescent tube to replace an under-cabinet kitchen light, without having to replace the entire set of fitiings. Very prompt delivery in excellent packaging. All in all a great service!”

“Wasn't certain which replacement bulb I would need. Sent a picture to customer services and promptly received a recommended replacement bulb information with two options. One for dimmable and a second for a non dimmable. I simply ordered the non dimmable as recommended a direct replacement. On arrival it was a simple remove old faulty and replace easy. I now have an extremely bright light in my bathroom - result. Doesn't match the other lights in brightness, but that is another story. Only disappointment from the whole process was the delivery service from Royal Mail. It took am extremely long time to arrive, I was asked to review my product before they had arrived! So most negative comment was regarding actual delivery info, such that I would be able to time being home when it arrived.”

“Absolutely appalling. I have contacted these people three times that my order has not been delivered after two weeks, and they have not responded. As a result, I will have to pursue them in the small claims court.”

“I puchased these bulbs to replace 3 white bulbs in a lamp that were far too bright. They give a softer almost amber light but still to bright for me so will buy a convertor plug so they can be dimmed.”

“I am pleased with the bulbs. However, they arrived a little late and there was a slight mix-up with the order. I received slightly different bulbs and there was one short. I have emailed to get a refund, but I haven't heard anything for a few days.”
