Wasn't certain which replacement bulb I would need. Sent a picture to customer services and promptly received a recommended replacement bulb information with two options. One for dimmable and a second for a non dimmable. I simply ordered the non dimmable as recommended a direct replacement. On arrival it was a simple remove old faulty and replace easy. I now have an extremely bright light in my bathroom - result. Doesn't match the other lights in brightness, but that is another story. Only disappointment from the whole process was the delivery service from Royal Mail. It took am extremely long time to arrive, I was asked to review my product before they had arrived! So most negative comment was regarding actual delivery info, such that I would be able to time being home when it arrived.
