“Poor service, i bought 3 24w t5 osram bulbs on the first Jan 2024 and till today have not gotten 'em. Contacted the after 10 days they responded as i shold be patient as royal mail is slow. Today 11th Feb i have not received my parcel”

“WE are very happy with the variety of products on offer even though prices are not particularly competitive. WE would do business with Eas Light Bulbs again and recommend to friends. “Not a satisfactory experience shopping with Easy Light Bulbs. I have spent £6.78 and do not have a working lightbulb. The first bulb was not dispatched for a week and when it eventually arrived it did not work. A second bulb was dispatched very quickly but the glass shattered in my hand as I tried to screw it in. I notified them of how unlucky I felt I'd been but have not heard anything from them. Guess it's one to chalk up to experience and learn not to buy lightbulbs with postal delivery!”

“I ordered a lightulb which i could not find anywhere else,for a good price. I did not hear anything for a few weeks after emailing and phoning. I went through to accounts and spoke to a very helpful women called Leanne who said it was out of stock but would be back in stock in a week. If not to call her back and she would give a refund. On the day it was due i got an email saying it would be delivered, it arrived quickly and was well packaged up. I would order again but would suggest keeping customers up to date if there is a delay with any orders.”

“Easy Light Bulbs had the product I needed at the right price with zero delivery charge at the quantity I wanted. Ordering was easy but there was an issue with delivery; the parcel never appeared! I called customer service who immediately initiated a repeat. This arrived quickly, well packaged with all bulbs in good working order. Good service - even when things did not work first time!”

“Took this company 4 weeks to deliver my lightbulbs. Numerous emails sent to chase my delivery. Ended up contacting them on Facebook and that resolved my problem. Will not use this company in the future as customer service is poor”
