I ordered a lightulb which i could not find anywhere else,for a good price. I did not hear anything for a few weeks after emailing and phoning. I went through to accounts and spoke to a very helpful women called Leanne who said it was out of stock but would be back in stock in a week. If not to call her back and she would give a refund. On the day it was due i got an email saying it would be delivered, it arrived quickly and was well packaged up. I would order again but would suggest keeping customers up to date if there is a delay with any orders.
