As I write, my purchase has still not arrived.
Ordered 19th November.
Emailed to say shipped on 22nd November.
Phoned this morning - 29th - no answer to the phone line, asked to email instead. Sorry, I'm the CUSTOMER and I don't have time to do that.
Tracking number only activated mid morning today - 7 days after it had shipped. Message says "We expect to deliver your item today".
I wait.
