“Order acknowledged immediately on Nov 30th and notified of dispatch. Still not received anything. Will be too late to give as Christmas gift after next Tuesday! Disappointed as I’ve heard great things about products and it is to compliment the dolls house from Santa.”

Hello, I am ever so sorry your item has not arrived. Royal Mail have had multiple strike days over the last few weeks which has caused postal delays nationwide. You can use the tracking in your email to track your order and see it's estimated arrival as it moves through the system. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to email us. “I cannot comment on the item purchased as it is a Christmas present for my granddaughter and is therefore still in the box. Both the ordering and the delivery of the item were excellent and so user-friendly. Hello Angela, I am very sorry there was a delay in your parcel. As you may be aware Royal Mail have been striking and the dates affected are the 24th, 25th, 30th of November & 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th &15th of December. Because of this there is a backlog in the system as well as the influx of orders from Black Friday and the festive season. I can see from the tracking information that your item has now arrived. I apologise also about the review email that arrived to you before the item did. These are sent automatically and with the strikes causing delays it has meant these sometimes arrive before the item. “Royal mail left the parcel by my front door, even though I had requested it go to local post office as we were away... They sent me a picture saying -delivered.. I had to get a freind from the village to go and rescue it in case it was stolen. Please use a different delivery company!!!!”

Hello Heather, I apologise that Royal Mail chose to leave your parcel where you hadn't specified. In our terms and conditions on our website it states ''14- We reserve the right for parcels to be left in a "safe place" by our Royal Mail and courier partners. By choosing to order with us you are agreeing that your parcel may be left in a safe place should you not be home to receive your parcel. A safe place can be anything from, outbuildings, back gardens, bins, porches and neighbours'' I am glad a friend was able to rescue it for you and you received your items.
