“There was an issue with our order (we were sent the wrong item by mistake) but the team were super helpful and quick at correcting the problem. Great customer service!”

“As I write, my purchase has still not arrived. Ordered 19th November. Emailed to say shipped on 22nd November. Phoned this morning - 29th - no answer to the phone line, asked to email instead. Sorry, I'm the CUSTOMER and I don't have time to do that. Tracking number only activated mid morning today - 7 days after it had shipped. Message says "We expect to deliver your item today". I wait.”

Hello Judith, I'm sorry to learn that your order didn't arrive within the desired timeframe. I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with delays. Unfortunately once we dispatch an order it is in the hands of Royal Mail, and it looks like in this instance it has taken the scenic route, complete with detours, pit stops and maybe a few wrong turns! We're really sorry for the delay, and any frustration this has caused. It is probable that your order will still arrive with you safely, but I can see that our Customer Care team have issued you with a full refund in the meantime. “Order came super quick and I got free delivery. The pricing of the item I purchased was the cheapest I found anyway so great competitive pricing. When item arrived, it came with a personalised note with a discount code for next time. Couldn’t recommend more”
